Scoring Scale (0-3)
  • 0 = None or negative impact
  • 1 = Minor impact or limited contribution
  • 2 = Moderate impact or good contribution
  • 3 = High impact or significant contribution
Weight System
  • 0 = None or negative contribution to prioritisation
  • 1-5 = Low to moderate importance
  • 6-10 = High importance
  • 10+ = Critical factors for prioritisation

Calculation: Initiative Total Score = Sum of (Individual Score × Criterion Weight) for all criteria
