Scoring Scale (0-3)
- 0 = None or negative impact
- 1 = Minor impact or limited contribution
- 2 = Moderate impact or good contribution
- 3 = High impact or significant contribution
Weight System
- 0 = None or negative contribution to prioritisation
- 1-5 = Low to moderate importance
- 6-10 = High importance
- 10+ = Critical factors for prioritisation
Calculation: Initiative Total Score = Sum of (Individual Score × Criterion Weight) for all criteria
